一、研究所简介

本研究所主要围绕低碳人居环境和可再生能源两大主题,紧跟国际低碳技术发展前沿,满足国家和社会发展的需求,坚持为党育人、为国育才,全面提高人才自主培养质量。主要通过提高能源使用效率、降低建筑能耗、创造健康舒适的人类居住环境、减少污染物排放等,建立全新的能源结构和生活环境,实现社会的低碳转型或零碳排放,助推碳达峰和碳中和目标的实现。
